I am only showing 3 dockets on Epiq 586, 587, 588. So yes I am missing something. Your scenerio sounds much better though.

Chy3a I looked one of # 6 dockets from today. Dilos Marine Inc Epiq page 68. Diilos Marine Inc is a creditor listed as schedule G and also is a AMPNI debtor.# 6 is an accounting number for accounting between AMPNI divisions.
Before Mercuria entered the bidding war it was believed AMPNI was going to be split and sold post bankruptcy.So now this just look like Peter paying Paul in the same company.IMO
