That story smells like a barrel of dead fish. 'Protex did not have the management or financial resources to advertise the product'? The same could be said of BIEL. The difference is that Protex got the trial run in CVS, NOT BIEL or bonehead Andy; not even Keith according to this scenario.
If Andy only agreed to supply test devices, then how did Protex manage to supply nearly 400 stores for a trial run of the product, when the initial test run called for only 200 stores? THAT doesn't add up either.
Andy was 'unsuccessful in his repeated attempts to establish a workable relationship with Protex'? Yeah, well , that goes BOTH ways doesn't it?
Andy 'is moving forward in discussions with qualified distributors'? He HAD a qualified distributor with acces to CVS shelves, and let it die. DUH! All Andy ever has is talks, talks, talks....not agreements, and virtually NO sales!
Ultimately, it just appears that Andy couldn't get the price he wanted, and frankly it doesn't appear that the price was unfairly low - just too low for greedy Andy, who now has NOTHING when he could have had sales AND exposure! COMPLETE. UTTER. INCOMPETENCE. and MALFEASANCE.
Unbelievable.
