That scenario makes a lot of sense, but you'd have a lot more confidence in the SP being higher if you wait until Lind is done converting and it does go higher. Less risk at that point.

How could he possibly tell YOU any such thing while constantly keeping the rest of us in complete and utter darkness? If what he told me and others is true, i.e. that they cannot tell us ANYTHING about what’s going on with regard to financing, he couldn’t possibly have informed you about a two tranche financing!
