That's a ridiculous assumption. Telling anyone that debt financing has to occur before equity financing (assuming that actually happened) does not tip anyone off as to "WHEN" financing will occur. I think your grasping for straws on that one. In fact, that is likely a common strategy for financing mining projects readily available to the public on the internet.

I still have a message from jim where he said that he expects a financing package of 2/3 debt and 1/3 equity. Lool that message is from janurary 2017 is guess he realy knew that financing was imminent. Lol
