I wouldn't call it 'drifting' at all. It's definitely stalled. Lack of volume. But no big selling. Longs are waiting for the pay day. We are in a growing sector. California is mandating solar in 2020. The company has higher revenues than previous quarters. This definitely a load and hold. I'm buying anything below 1 cent.
