"Imo the important part of this message is" either PR-Paul was providing certain individuals (SHs or potential buyers) privately with insider information...or...he took it upon himself to state the "90% survival rate"!
When a firm says "A" (generalized statement) and pays an agent to PR the public about "A", they don't expect the agent to privately email certain individuals with "B" (a 90% rate), yet exclude the general public!
Nothing has changed with the company since I starting investing a year ago...except that since then the patent has been approved and they have finally turned the corner to a production mode.
