If this was stated by the Ceo its simply not true.If I buy out debt from a debt holder do you think I'm gonna take one for the shareholders?It simply means I might be more friendly but the toxic instrument remains in place unless a pref'd deal is negotiated.

They are protected by the whole forward looking statement disclaimer. They can pretty much say whatever and do something else. Especially in this world. It is what it is.
