The press release stating they had an institutional investor I believe was an outright lie.

An institutional investor means the end to toxic notes and minimal dilution... which gives investors confidence to buy.

That press release should be investigated. I think we will find they were not close by any means and just used that pr to dilute more.

To add to that, this is exactly the the mcgi execs went to prison for.
