If you mean me, the only mention I’ve ever made of a RS is responding to another poster’s question about up-listing to the NASDAQ.
During our visit, Gerald mentioned that one of his ultimate goals was to up-list. I asked him if an up-listing would also involve a reverse-split to make the NASDAQ minimum entry price? His answer was “absolutely not.”
