TCEL thats not the point. point is reverse split never went in affect ss never amended to change merger status is complete so if all the partys involved said no more rs it doesnt matter as to filings more than likely it will be in their current report when they go pink and ss will be adjusted
They all accept electronic, however not for mergers, acquisitions or custodians...those must be mailed in. Every state in the US. Prove me wrong, I do this stuff for a living. Now all those can be updated electronically after initial processing. All other updates for anything else can be done electronically.
