Thats just what happens with plastic liners. I think its a good sign that their upgrading now. They could have did it years ago, but the fact that their doing it now, means they have a reason to. Maybe they didnt want to go through the effort and expense until they knew for sure their system works. Think about it, if thought they had failed and the result werent what they expected, then why would they now but spending the money to upgrade all their tanks. Wouldnt they just try to pocket the money instead if this was a so called scam.
