Rory's job is running the company, not giving investors a play by play of the lawsuits. You and others can follow the process of the lawsuits by getting a very inexpensive subscription to Pacer.gov which gives you access to all filings in the cases, and comments and decisions by the Judge. You can make your own determinations if you think the suits have merit or not and how you think the attorneys are handling the cases. I have been following all three lawsuits and feel they will have little impact on the company. By time any of these are settled may still be many months away and beyond significant milestones the company is about to achieve, which I am confident Rory will share with us, as is his job.
