Possible of course. But I truly believe Cannabis will be legalized on a Federal level very soon. As we discuss this, congress has begun debate on the merits of legalizing Cannabis. There has been a trend sweeping across the country where one-by-one, States have legalized either medical use of both medical and recreational use of Cannabis.

Even with a Republican Administration, I doubt they would be willing to step on "State's Rights" which has been a fundamental plank in the Republican platform for many decades. I don't see any conceivable way Republicans will move against States who have legalized Cannabis. AND..........President Trump has already stated publically that he does not oppose legalization.

Also too..................every single level of government is desperate to increase tax revenues and there is probably no easier way to do so in a significant amount than to legalize Cannabis. It is not dissimilar to the days of prohibition. Countless millions of tax dollars were suddenly realized once prohibition was repealed.

Best of both worlds Hunter. We continue to get a head start, along with the other currently operating providers, before the flood gates open when congress gets around to legalizing. Trust me they cannot put the toothpaste back in the tube on this one.
