It is highly unlikely that unblinding will take place in July or August 2019.

Why are July/August any less likely than any other month?

Just from a practical perspective I believe the odds of unblinding improve each month we move towards December and 4 years plus 1 month from full enrollment with August being the absolute earliest if November began the process of moving to soft lock as an 8 month plus 1 time frame. Best wishes.
