When they say "clear with our team ... and regulatory bodies." That is interesting. There are regulations about a quiet period in which they are not allowed to put out news. Does anyone know if that can be waived in a situation like this. Also, are there limitations on insiders buying stock during this period. I believe there are, but I'm not sure. If so, can that be waived? I don't know, but that line has me curious. It is probably just asking for a waiver of no promotional material, but it could be more.
