An email response I received to a submission I made on their website after the hit piece was put out.

I apologize for this delayed reply. Rest assured that we are the addressing the issues set forth in the “opinion” piece motivated by financial gain for the author. 

As you can understand, we needed time to formulate a strong plan and clear it with our team members (legal and executive) and regulatory bodies. 


We take our responsibility of supporting all of our stakeholders every seriously. While we all wanted to “attack back” that is not in the best interest of our stakeholders.


Rest assured that distracting event will be behind us soon.
