Ah ok, thanks for your answer. I was trying to come at the conference call at different angles. So, it looks as though the shelf is going to be an asset in the long run, whether it's to capture some SP hike for capital raise or otherwise.
And really, the shelf would have only been a negative if they used it to raise capital at a low price... but that train (that possibility) kind of already left the station at this point.
