I just finished going through past QSIM and VIVK filings and a few positive notes:

From what I can tell, QSIM did receive 11,250,000 vivk shares @ $.40/share, 6.5m of which were transferred on the day of the assignment. The other portion, I’m not so sure about. Vivk has them listed as issued but can’t tell if they have been officially transferred yet or not.

The derecognition of intellectual property scare ended up being for something else not related to QSI, so we’re good there.

As far as I can tell, the agreements are still in place and are active. There must be enough going on that they put all assets into VivaSphere to manage, and is listed in Vivk’s annual report as an active subsidiary.

So, things may not be as dire as they appear right now.

Now, if they’d stop printing shares and give us an update we might be surprised.
