They have no results so far. None. Zero. Results refer to an outcome, and there has definitely been no outcome. After almost 12 years, I think it's looking increasingly doubtful there will be an outcome. Meaningless interim speculation does not constitute results, and what they have released so far has nothing - zilch - to do with whether they can prove efficacy or attain FDA approval. Releasing such meaningless information is just another delay tactic. They are lawyers who are playing games.
