I call BS to your post. Total 100% BS!
Bayer-Scholls, CVS-Protex, Boots Walgreens Alliance, B Braun, Mundi Pharma are all examples of failures by the Whelans leadership. The CE Mark issue is only the latest cherry on top of a decade of failures by a family of dim witted talentless biotech wannabes.
BIEL last qtr had sales of $141,000.
Had the deals above been consummated and managed competently, we would have had sales of somewhere +$11,141,000.
The Whelans are the PROBLEM, not the Solution.
That is very obvious after these so many years.
