Well said, but IND is not ever going to happen. With well over a billion shares outstanding and no money to even have a trial, it is like a bad joke that some people still believe and take seriously. We've been duped. It is in black and white and video clear as day. Years of PR's suggesting near completion and "We are there." A CEO of a bio company stating we are there when they are not there shows either criminal activity or total incompetence. Take your pick.

Normally that is handled onsite, by the contracted GMP. If AN can't handle it, that just shows they are indeed a bath tub outfit.

The time it takes to freeze a few samples, put them on an alligator plane to Europe, and then add 30 days. SHs are all excited about mythical IND news. As though it will occur any day. Even if all the dreams come true, it would be mid-late Aug just for a submission. As you point out Kenny in the past claimed there would be submissions: Q3 2015, EOY 2016. And what lasted two audio sentences Q1 2018. So yes, Kenny's message has gone from flinging poo against the wall, to highly guarded.

When has Kenny PR pumped the exact date the first run completed? When did its QC start? When has he given a tentative date for filing the mythical IND. After all, if it's that close, he should be able to give an approx date. Then again, he won't because... that's right(!)... Kenny doesn't like timelines. As far as a SH knows, the first or both runs also fell apart. Was there anything in the videos that stated they had completed? If so then when as the date finished.
