What past caution are you talking about? They were not cautious about their expected dates they would be in the clinic, remember end of 2016 and 2017?! They were not cautious when giving misleading info about progress towards trials. They said we are there and then still have several tests to complete to satisfy FDA. They definitely were not cautious about issuing shares! They say they are on the verge of a CT but have sent the share count to its limit and have no money to run a trial.

As for completing the tests the cells have to be sent to Europe for outside party to test and who knows how long they have to wait for those results. IND isn't coming this year in all likelihood if it ever happens. And history has shown here its not improbable.
