Perhaps but the timetable matters - if NWBO keeps dithering eventually existing investors will get diluted down to nothing especially if a reverse split happens before results are released and become known to the wider investing public.
What we need is for NWBO to prioritize releasing game changing information before our situation deteriorates further. But since they control the company with no meaningful checks and balances and can negotiate with themselves when it comes to loaning the company money, the sense of urgency is just not there, since management will always be able to feather their own nest at the expense of both small outsiders and big outsiders like Woodford and eventually Bigger.
