Yet too, my points are legit. Cox's actions counter Cox's clearly confirmed intent and claimed company satisfied targets. Targets have not in fact been met as claimed. Dilution is happening counter to Cox's relayed intent to not dilute... while at the same time he's been pumping a bit here. Yes, paying for promos, guised as legitimate interviews and research reports, driving share price higher to sell company stock, while failing target milestones as sold to shareholders (as met) shows some stresses at Surge.
