Ok yes, I agree at face value dilution is bad. I get it, it reduces investors equity stake..etc. Double-bad when the dilution decreases the stock value to the point that it isnt worth what you paid, thus your investment isnt growing. Investors want their money to grow, and the more it grows and the faster, the better... many OTC companies are in fact OTC companies because the companies have very little in regard to a business, assets, and management runs amuck with the pump, dilute, dump. This stock isnt behaving that way. Has their been dilution? Perhaps so. But even if so the extrinsic value of the stock over time is growing for investors. Do I expect my stocks to grow to the point that my penny stocks will turn into 100$ stocks and not get diluted along the way? No. Will this stock ever be worth that much? Dont know my crystal ball is broken.

What I do know is that the stock value is increasing over time at a reasonable rate. Cox is a goal oriented "go get-em" type of CEO. He has big plans and if those big plans come to fruition, then in the long run, my investment should continue to grow.

Im just not here for the increase in value everyday, week over week, if I dont make a million dollars by [date] this is a failure mentality.

So yes. Stocks get diluted, even big board stocks get diluted. But the value is steadily increasing, so why do I care. I dont my value has almost doubled regardless. Thats almost 100% gain in 1 year, why should I complain?
