We did not receive $50M from Vietnam, we received permission to potentially invest an additional $50M in Vietnam. That is my understanding. Correct me if I’m wrong. Maybe they are getting the money from a Vietnam bank or maybe they are going to raise it some other way, but I did not read that PR the same way. IMHO

Except the company has received $0 dollars from Vietnam and will not be receiving any any time soon, if ever.

They were granted permission to invest up to $50m in the country, which is a communist country, so things like this are needed.

They're going to have to drum up $50m from somewhere so they can get the ball rolling.
