Just curious how many of you complaining about the RS actually read the ENTIRE 8K?

If you read the entire filing, you will see the company gave multiple reasons behind why the RS would be beneficial for the company, including the fact that they reserve the right to not go through with the RS at all if they believe it is in the shareholders best interest.

The 8K completely overshadowed the fact that we just received a $50M investment from Vietnam. That means we have a country invested in our stock, as well as a prestigious university (Notre Dame). These types of investors are usually more conservative with their money, and don’t play “Penny Stocks”. Why would Kim do a RS, just to dilute the stock for financing, if we just received $50M more...? I think he purposely released the 8K and PR at the same time because he knew everyone would think “dilution” when it came to the RS, so he tried to show in the PR that KBLB was already receiving a lot more financing.

Another point, how many companies can you think of, especially “penny stocks”, that are complete scams but file everything according to the SEC as well as hold shareholder meetings? Do you really think Kim would try to have all the shareholders in the same room as him if he and KBLB were a scam?

Our technology is getting better every single day, we are getting further in the supply chain process every single day, the corporate structure of our company is getting stronger every single day...

Everyone on this board is so short-term viewed that they are begging for a PR every week. Why? So that our share price can go from $0.40 to $0.60? How will that help us in the long run? Wouldn’t you rather have the company do everything in the best interest of growing and expanding our technology, so that MAYBE 5-10 years down the road our shares will be worth $5-$10 with a possible B/O?

I challenge everyone on this board to ditch your inside the box thinking. Really sit down and think about the long term potential of this company. Think about the strategy behind every single move Kim and the company are making. Realize how hard it actually is to start from research in a lab to creating your own factory, with large-scale production. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither were multi-billion dollar businesses. If you are in KBLB for a quick buck then so be it, but don’t bash Kim’s strategy for this company and still call yourself a “long-term” investor.

Only sheep chase short term price movements... if you truly want to make money of this stock you need to think outside of the box.

All these are my opinions, now it’s time for you to generate your own. It’s your money after all...
