It's been less than 10 days since the shares holding up the Uplisting were officially canceled.

Again per the Filings, the only thing holding up our Uplisting was the Mulholland shares.

So now Charlie Scott's dad has something to do with being Uplisted? You are really grasping at straws here Bud.
