dmceng, I believe if we receive monies prior to Bk exit due signatures that have not been collected on documents for assets that have not been paid for yet will happen around 11/01/2019.

This just as Rosie said, the last of Bk payouts would happen as well. This would include cleaning out court registry accounts as the three Wells Fargo accounts as well as others.

From Rosie's filings and discussions, I predict WaMu BK Closes 11/30/2019 or B4

1) Per Rosie-Hopes to make last payouts 11/01/2019

2) May take up-to 3 months to close WaMu BK cases

3) My view, we should see Rosie's filings to close cases sometime between August 15 and end of September 2019

4) Rule 3022-01 will be very exciting to actually see when Rosie gets around to this

Motion. Upon written motion, a party in interest may seek the entry of a final decree at any time after the confirmed plan has been fully administered provided that all required fees due under 28 U.S.C. § 1930 have been paid. Such motion shall include a proposed final decree order that (i) orders the closing of the case and (ii) identifies the case name and the case number of the case to be closed under the order. A separate proposed order closing each jointly administered or consolidated case shall be filed.

Service. A motion for the entry of a final decree shall be served upon the debtor, the trustee if any, the United States Trustee, all official committees and all creditors who have filed a request for notice under Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2002 and Local Rule 9013-1.

Final Report. The debtor (or trustee, if any) shall file a final report and account in the form prescribed by the United States Trustee on or before fourteen (14) days prior to the hearing on any motion to close the case.
