Jfmcrr, yes I guess that is the point that the concern is since the PMB rebate rule was dropped that the admin might now push for overseas pricing.

Of course with an election coming up all the politicians will want to seem to be populists and big Pharma an easy target for their rhetoric.

Nice ideas on how to hold the line and/or lower drug pricing, but I seriously doubt any of them ever get out of committee - BP owns Congress, and if Trump tries to rule by executive order it will go to court instantly for being illegal/unconstitutional.
