It always comes back to the fact that if he gets the share price up to forty cents he will have more than doubled his money. If he gets it to NASDAQ, he’ll be a billionaire plus.

Contract manufacturing makes total sense. Having a US base for customer development and commercialization projects also makes total sense.

I am swamped at the moment but looking forward to reading the posts, especially WATTS take.

Anyway, I posted after last QTR results that we should expect some changes. Focusing on commercialization seems like the right call. I think I’m going to buy some more shares as I currently take this as good news.

why not full sell off of company or file Bankruptcy?

You can't file for bankruptcy when the millions of dollars in the bank is greater than your debts. However, you can spend down your assets by buying buildings that aren't satisfactory for your needs, wasting money on unnecessary improvements, keeping an ineffective management teams, etc. and then file bankruptcy.

At this stage, I think Li and the BoD are going to be involved in class action lawsuits if LQMT doesn't turn around. It is hard to argue that Li/CEO has met his fiduciary duty to shareholders when he has been absent from actually running the company.
