i would respond to both your questions, but as I have posted about them before, I can only briefly say the status of the EMA case and the integration with Oracle are both going very well. You can do your own DD on these issues if you choose to. Regarding this current case, I agree with Rory it is without merit, having read the court documents. The attorney's for the Plaintiff were removed from the case, pending their obtaining permission to practice under the California bar. Not a good start. Also this struck me: " The (Oracle) Agreement is for an initial term of one year, but renews automatically for successive one-year terms, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the termination provisions set forth in the Agreement". The Oracle agreement (not contract) was not cancelled by Oracle, but was renewed. The relationship continues and Rory's stated goals are much closer in reach now than a year ago. Much ado about nothing.
