Furthermore isn't likely that I will sell before 1/1/2020 in any circumstances: (i) meanwhile I expected an offer in Q1 2019 previously … it is most likely now that the offer(s) - if any - will come after the approval as the earliest (they could wait till the end of the patent case). (ii) 2020 gain is taxable (should be paid) in May 2021 (in Hungary) (iii) I would like to see a weaker USD since my tax base will be calculated based on the Hungarian National Bank rate (on the date of the sale).
