Any sort of settlement that doesn't tie this to the big money companies I don't see happening. A settlement without the BIG FISH really isn't what seci is after in my opinion.
They want to get paid for lost income. As far as I know, many listed don't have anywhere near the money seci is after.
The longer this takes, it all just seems this is step 1 of 2 until seci gets paid the billions of lost income due to the technology White wash.
As mentioned before, could be years for this to pay out, and when and if we ever do get to the stage where the big companies are next on our list, they will have a team of lawyers so big, we could be looking at years again.
The results of what happens in Utah is huge, but without having an iron clad case which directly ties the big companies after we hopefully win, a settlement won't be offered, they will just try and delay it again for as long as they can.
Going over the evidence timeline again, it would seem pretty straight forward, and def difficult to refute seci 's claims ... but the web of lies and
layers to it is so big I know it takes time, but seriously, this is going at a snail's pace. At this rate, depositions could be another year with so many people involved.
The lack of news, updates doesn't help.
Hopefully things start to get going and we see some progress with updates. But I've come to the realization this could take up to a decade to actually see seci get justice. Big money will delay this for as long as possible, and the courts don't seem to be in any hurry.
Long story short, my shares are locked up, regardless what happens.
