Yes. Any claims you've seen here are pure speculation.
Keep in mind, they just had their uplisting approved. In this process, the SEC would've poured through their entire operation. A crime to the degree speculated here would've been so blatant that any rookie reviewer would've picked it up immediately.
They got their uplist. That should be evidence enough that the claims made here are... bunk.
