But doesn’t the Sec clearly point out that the company has to have the investors best interest
If this is true about the shares then I Personally think it is wrong in many ways

If apple or any other large company tried to. Pull this off .... it would be stopped

Hopefully Kevin will be transparent and the facts will be shred soon

It just seems too crazy to me
