OHHHH, I see the problem! I combined two SEPARATE things into one POST...

Yes, first I said "complaint" that was about the BBB.. F RATING for CDx/MYDX

Then, I said the complaint with the BBB sounded a lot like other things I had read..

The small claims case, was what I pointed out.

Sorry, didn't mean to get things so confusing....

YES defendant/plaintiff do have to do with the small claims case

and also in the Peatross case where YAZBECK/MYDX

is a DEFENDANT... "cross defendants" to be exact...

I certainly don't want any more confusion..

BUT it does mean that there is a lawsuit against YAZBECK/MYDX...

doesn't matter if he filed his case "first"...

there are no "firsties" in the legal system.

More importantly why not use PayPal to get money back.. takes no time at all and is free. Think about it. Also that country is known for letting people short OTC stocks
