Incompetency--they keep shooting themselves in the foot because they don't coordinate anything.

They need to have a dedicated advertising/marketing department.

With what I'm seeing , this should explode if they had proper marketing and advertising.

Ummm..I think he DID inform a BIEL shareholder. That's how we know about it.
