I recall an enormous amount of complaining and second-guessing on this and other boards about this lease.
This is just more proof that the guy at the helm does, truly, know what he's doing and we might be better served, if for nothing more than peace of mind, to let him run the show and stop Monday-morning quarterbacking him and his team.
