Pretty funny how the small claims court date was June 27th, which has come and past - with NO ruling at all in the court docket. I would have thought if it was such a slam dunk case against MYDX that a ruling against MYDX would have been entered - IT WAS NOT. LOL, looks to me like another attempt to harass MYDX.
