Remember, end of year readout is just phase 3 trial results. They will need another 9-10 months for approval

A definitive positive outcome (as we all expect!) for a multi-billion dollar indication will cause the pps to go up dramatically.
Approval is just a matter of jumping thru some regulatory hoops. Much of the upward move will be already in place. With two more indications in the wings, getting more funding should be very easy.
