The deal between SOLI and CareClix has not been finalized yet. In fact the process has been ongoing since at least January. In fact the only thing that has changed is that Carelix has reduced their selling price.
Even if the SEC and FINRA does allow reinstatement of SOLI the CareClix deal may not ever materialize..
