200,000,000 x .029 = $5,800,000

$5,800,000 + $800,000 = $6,600,000

@ 20% $6,600,000 is 1/5

$6,600,000 x 5 = $33,000,000

So I guess the deal is worth $33 mil at the current price. K&J deal is only worth $12 mil. In other words, deal won't happen.
