Notice the Date of Event was 12/03/2018..And if i recall correctly, filings indicated 200m shares issued in Dec2019.

....oh, and SGMD (low) price that day? ....087 ...??...i replaced your .029 with .087

...so, that's why i'd like to simply know BizRight acquisition cost..and attached revenues..

Hydro4Less. $5m .....acquisition 1x sales

Seems simple to me ..BizRight/BZRTH should be 1x sales..after it all washes out, 1x sales and all is good...and $30m 2017 audited revenues..
