WallStreet did the magic. They brought the pps down. Because they know that would cause people see NWBO in negative way. That is behavioral finance that WallStreet have tested with thousands iterations and most likely work according to plan. Let’s say WallStreet did the magic again and set the pps of NWBO to $1 or to $10. People would out of a sudden see NWBO in a positive way.

Those who can analyze independently without the WallStreet influence are not common. They believe their own analysis. They look the pps down as opportunity to scoop up some shares. I heard this is where you can beat the market by a big margin. Who said this? University of Columbia professors said this.
