If they do a r/s it will be to increase shareholder value by bringing in more investors who might otherwise not invest in a penny stock and they have deeper pockets and it will also help them get better quality financing and if the r/s is massive enough they might be doing it for a possible Nasdaq uplisting blah blah blah barf barf barf! I’ve heard all the bullshit before from OTC CEOs.
