You're missing the point.

I'd bet there's more value to opiate sellers to be able to have FDA cleared "Actipatch" type products in their portfolio, front and center, than BIEL currently sees in revenues each quarter.

Do cigarette stores also offer nicotine gum and patches? When the store is sued for wrongful death because they sold grandma one too many cartons of smokes, what can the store say? "Warning labels everywhere, we also offer alternatives and smoking cessation products..."
