Guess they share titles of separated divisions of sale and finance with Chris being President of all 4Less. Have to go back to initial merger filings for clarification i guess. But I know I read that changes were made in final merger with Chris as majority share holder who controls the company. In a older PR Tim stated the changes made sense since Chris knows the auto parts business way better than he does on a daily bases. Or atleast I think he did or maybe Tog just stated it.
