In the small business PR says Chris Davenport President and CEO.
All fin filings show Tim as CEO. Guess they share titles of separated divisions of sale and finance with Chris being President of all 4Less. Have to go back to initial merger filings for clarification i guess. But I know I read that changes were made in final merger with Chris as majority share holder who controls the company. In a older PR Tim stated the changes made sense since Chris knows the auto parts business way better than he does on a daily bases. Or atleast I think he did or maybe Tog just stated it. It was one of the 2.
