The SHMP 10-K IS the real story. No, not the statements of risk...those are purposely and legally gloomy. No, the cold, hard facts about lack of cash, toxic financing that's already occured since FY end, and more toxic financing to come because SHMP doesn't have enough funding to get through the NEXT 12 MONTHS.
